WE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO ANYONE, EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY LAW.

 

Examples of Permitted Circumstances for Sharing Nonpublic Personal Information.

 

  • At your request, or to complete a transaction, including sharing with third parties we engage to help deliver our services to you;
  • With credit bureaus or similar reporting agencies and others who as for credit references in accordance with customary business practices; and
  • With regulatory agencies and auditors or as required by law (e.g., subpoenas, garnishments, SRS claims);

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.

 

Procedures We Follow Regarding Inactive Customers

 

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
