• At your request, or to complete a transaction, including sharing with third parties we engage to help deliver our services to you;
• With credit bureaus or similar reporting agencies and others who as for credit references in accordance with customary business practices; and
• With regulatory agencies and auditors or as required by law (e.g., subpoenas, garnishments, SRS claims);

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

It is the policy of First National Bank & Trust Co that information it has about you is highly confidential.  We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those of our employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
